Elohim is explaining how He tried over and over to warn the people that if they won’t listen to His prophets; that judgment will be coming!!!
Then in this chapter which contains thirty-eight verse; because they wouldn’t listen, the promise of judgment starts from verse seven to thirty-eight!!!
